Jan 2025 Promo Margin Discount Terms and Conditions 

You must agree to the following terms and conditions in order to be eligible for this Promotion. These Margin Promotional Rate Terms and Conditions are in addition to your existing EliteFidelityMarket Brokerage Customer Account Agreement and the EliteFidelityMarket Margin Risk Disclosure.

Promotion Start Date:  December 30, 2024 – January 31, 2025

Beginning on the Promotion Start Date, eligible EliteFidelityMarket clients (“Eligible Clients”) who successfully satisfy the below applicable requirements can receive a 1% (one-percent) margin percentage rate reduction from EliteFidelityMarket’s Standard Margin Rate¹ (the “Promotional Rate”) on their margin balance for up to 12 (twelve) months beginning on the Eligible Client’s Opt-in Date (“Promotional Term”) (the “Promotion”). “Eligible Client(s)” is only a client who receives an invitation directly from EliteFidelityMarket for this Promotion, and means an EliteFidelityMarket client (i) not currently enrolled in an EliteFidelityMarket margin rate reduction program; (ii) does not have an active trust account on the EliteFidelityMarket platform; (iii) who elects to take out at least $2,000 in margin loan on the EliteFidelityMarket platform; and (iv) is margin eligible.

In addition to eligibility, to earn the Promotional Rate, Eligible Clients that are:

An “Existing Client” must: (1) receive an invitation directly from EliteFidelityMarket to participate in the Promotion as specified in the invitation, (2) explicitly opt in to the Promotion by clicking on the unique hyperlink (or button) in their invitation (“Opt-in Date”); (3) opt in to the Promotion before the Promotion expiry date specified in the invitation (“Offer Expiry Date”).

A “New Client” must: (1) visit this Promotion’s Promotional Landing Page and click on the specific hyperlink (or button) to begin the account opening process; (2) successfully submit a valid email and password creating an EliteFidelityMarket user login (“New-User Signup Date”); (3) successfully open and fund a margin eligible brokerage account cleared with EliteFidelityMarket Finance LLC² (“Eligible Account”)³.

The following accounts are ineligible for this Promotion and thus not an Eligible Account: Retirement, Custodial, Trusts, LLCs and any accounts cleared with Apex Clearing Corporation ^{2, 3}.

Additional Information For Existing Clients Only:

In cases where explicit opt-in is not required by the Existing Client, and thus EliteFidelityMarket enables the Promotional Rate for the Eligible Account, the date on which EliteFidelityMarket enables the Promotional Rate will be considered the Opt-in Date for the Existing Client’s Promotional Term. All other conditions herein must be met by the Existing Client in order to earn the Promotional Rate.

EliteFidelityMarket reserves the right to modify or terminate this Promotion at any time without notice. EliteFidelityMarket has no obligation to grant the Promotional Rate to any particular person, regardless of that person’s participation in any promotional program, and may accept or reject an application in its sole discretion. All eligibility decisions shall be made by EliteFidelityMarket in its sole discretion.

EliteFidelityMarket Margin Loans are available on margin accounts with at least $2,000 invested per account. Not all securities are available for EliteFidelityMarket Margin Loans and the amount that may be borrowed against a security is subject to change without notice.  Available margin amount(s) of EliteFidelityMarket Margin Loans may require greater than $2,000 per Brokerage Account. Exclusion: In the event you are earning the Promotional Rate and thereafter, open a margin eligible account cleared by Apex Clearing during the Promotional Term, you forfeit the right to continue earning the Promotional Rate for the rest of the Promotional Term on your Eligible Account.

Without limiting the foregoing, EliteFidelityMarket shall have sole discretion to determine whether to disqualify any person from receiving a Promotional Rate or otherwise participating in the Promotion for any reason, including but not limited to if EliteFidelityMarket determines, in its sole discretion, that fraudulent activity or a violation of the terms of the Promotion or your account agreement may have occurred. In the event EliteFidelityMarket disqualifies you from the Promotion after the Promotional Rate has applied, EliteFidelityMarket reserves the right to recapture the amount of reduced interest attributable to the Promotional Rate to the maximum extent permitted by law.  All federal, state, and local taxes and any related fees and expenses are the sole responsibility of the Eligible Client. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Margin Promotional Rate Terms and Conditions.
